This block allows the built in c5 blog to show blog post thumbnails. 

Instructions

1) install the package

2) Go to all blog pages, and change their page type to blog entry thumbnail. Then go to properties and custom attributes, and add a thumbnail image to the blog thumbnail attribute

3) go to the default blog page and edit it so that is displays most recent pages of blog entry thumbnail type. Then select blog thumbnail as the custom template
