Empty in 5.6.1.2

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Just installed the addon in a fresh 5.6.1.2, but results in an empty dashboard page? Where can I add blocks?

Edit: de-installed it and after that I re-installed. Now I see the form.

I just tested this out on a fresh 5.6.1.2 install and could not recreate the problem. It looks like you've gotten it to work since the original issue, so that's good. Unfortunately I have no clue what caused it in the first place.

If it comes up again please let me know (and also please provide the "Environment" info from Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment Information.
