Getting error when trying to create a block

I've used Designer Contet countless times in the past, at least 10 times on 10 different sites and never had a problem with it. Now, on a new site, I'm getting this error when trying to create a new block:
And the page that it tries to access is: index.php/dashboard/blocks/designer_content/generate_block/
Don't know what to do.

What version of Concrete5 is this site? What version of Designer Content? Did you recently upgrade? Try clearing the caches via the dashboard and see if that helps. If not, try uninstalling the Designer Content addon and then re-installing it. (And clear the cache again in between uninstalling and reinstalling).
