Installing an edited version of a block, possible?

Hi!
I just made a new block with the Designer Content Block. It installed and worked perfect. Then I wanted to make another one, similar to the first.
So I downloaded the files and edited them. Uploaded the new block in a new catalog with a new name. I changed the name everywhere in the files so there is no conflict. But how do I get it to install? I can't find it in "Add functionality", can't even find the other installed block there either.
Any idea of what to do?
