typography.css does not work for WYSIWYG fields

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The styles for TinyMCE defined in the typography.css seem to not get loaded for WYSIWYG elements used in a designer content block.
Can anybody confirm that? Is there a workaround available?

Michael

I've gotten a report from someone else that this is happening. Apparently it also happens in the composer interface? I unfortunately haven't had time to figure it all out and update Designer Content to address it, but here are the potential solutions:

http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/tinymce-cu...

Please let me know if either of those work for you (or if neither of them work) so that when I get around to updating Designer Content I can address the issue properly.

Thanks!

I was having the same problem Michael mentioned above. Just wanted to post a note that the first link you suggested, Jordan, fixed the problem for me. Thanks much!

Yes, the best solution to make CSS classes from typography.css available in WYSIWYG-fields of blocks created by Designer Content, is to copy a modified version of editor_config.php (originally residing in /concrete/elements) to /elements at the root of the C5 installation.

This is the modified code of editor_config.php:

I also was having this problem on Version 5.5.2.1. I followed the suggestions here to create a modified version of /concrete/elements/editor_config.php and stored it as a new file called /elements/editor_config.php. Now my typography.css styles are visible when I edit a Designer Content block via tinyMCE. Thanks to all!

UPDATE: It appears this issue has been fixed in Concrete5.6... so you shouldn't need to do this if you're on 5.6 or higher.

I already posted an issue somehow related to this problem. The TinyMCE editor does not load the editor_config.php when used in your designer block. Here is the link:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/designer-content/suppor...

I responded to the issue over there. Please specify if you're on 5.6 and it's still not working, or if you're on a version older than 5.6.

Thanks.
