Wrapper class around entire block

Aside from editing the actual code, is there a way to add a wrapper around the entire block output? Something like <div class="someClass">[block output goes here]</div>

Just add a "static HTML" field in the beginning with <div class="something"> in it, and another static HTML field at the end with </div>
