Using for a secure site (info related to a start-up) with access restrictions?

Working a site for a client and they want the ability to share documents in a controlled way. It's a start up and the info will be for potential investors. Are there ways to control access in this plug in (didn't see it mentioned in the video)?

Is the plug in friendly with responsive templates?

It doesn't manage permissions itself, but you could put it on a page where it it was locked down with permissions.

No, its not responsive.
