I don't know, I didn't create this website. I was just hired on to add an e-commerce to it, and I need to add 200 products by Friday.
I had a real hell of a time trying to upgrade it to 5.4.2.2. It took me 8 hours to figure out the problem. The error happens when I upload the folder to the FTP, I will go click on the add ons, and then that error appears. So I delete it from the FTP. I will try to see if I can spot the error with C5.... Any advice?

If I can't get this working, I will have to request a refund.
Thanks

Hi
I'm sorry for the delayed reply I didn't notice your message previously and we are usually off on weekends. That error in your FTP seems to be caused by the upgrade to 5.4. What did you do to fix it? It could also be caused by the protocol or format you used to upload the files. If you can send me all your details for FTP login and your Dashboard I'll try it for you and see where the error lies. Also let me know what version of eCommerce Express you are using.

Does this error occur without this add-on? It looks like a problem with your Concrete5 installation because the error says it's from the core files and not from this add-on. Try removing this add-on and then check for errors in your Concrete5 system. If so then most likely this is caused by your Concrete5 installation.
