Issues with images on my site

Hi there,

I installed the ecommerce express checkout yesterday and I'm adding it to my site today.

I edited the settings in the dashboard and then proceeded to add the block to my page type as a default.

I've added 2 products with the title and description set to hover.

On viewing the page publically everything works accept the image - it just shows a black box. When you click on the black box the lightbox displays and shows the actual image correctly.

When I inspect the element in chrome I noticed that the lightbox hyperlink refers to a different cached file than the actual image does. The cached image file is just a black box'.

I tried clearing the cache but this didn't help.

Could you look into this for me please?

Hi Jamie,

Have you also tried clearing the C5 cache? Also what is the image type of the file? Is it png or jpeg? Also feel free to post your concerns on the support link of this add-on.

Hi JZ,

I cleared C5 cache and also removed cache files from actual cache folder but that didn't resolve the issue. The images are also in JPEG format.

I'm happy to post in the support section of the add-on. I didn't initially in case it was something I was doing.
