Add to Cart - Spinning Wheel And Nothing Happens

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The eCommerce block was working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped working. Nothing can be added to a cart - it doesn't matter if you are logged it or not.

Please see this page:http://oregonwhitewater.org/rescue1/3-day-wilderness-first-aid-2016...
Click the "Add To Cart" button at the bottom and see what happens.

Thanks for and help you can provide.

There are a few js errors in the browser console (see attached). Looks like there is a 500 error response on the server, which means that something with the underlying server is having issues. Check the php error log on the server via your hosting control panel or support for the exact message and try to fix it by googling answers for the error message and seeing if your host or backend developer can fix it. Reply with the error message and maybe we can help here. Most likely php or some other server software was upgraded/changed behind the scenes.

Although unrelated to the checkout problem you might want to fix those other console errors about cufon font missing..

It looks like you're using ecommerce 2.5, I believe this issue was fixed somewhere around 2.7

Best wishes,

I tried following the instructions here to manually upgrade the ecommerce block:http://legacy-documentation.concrete5.org/tutorials/download-manual...

Something went wrong and I get the error shown in the attachment. I have renamed the old folder back to the original name so nothing should be changed from when I started messing with it and it's all going to hell in a handbasket on me. I'm sure this would take someone who knows what they are doing a short amount of time.

I appreciate your help.

If you have your site connected to the community you can just upgrade by going to your dashboard extend page. Otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to a developer than can help you, check out the jobs forum:http://concrete5.org/community/forums/jobs1...
