It sounds like you may simply be clicking through on an order that doesn't fully exist for some reason. Ecommerce does/did create order id's for abandoned carts, so those numbers aren't always supposed to be incremental. If you're clicking through to an order that doesn't exist, the system might just redirect you to the parent page without warning.
If there's an error happening somewhere and your server is configured to not display errors, you wouldn't see it in the page, you'd have to look in your server logs.

This looks to be a three year old license/install so is well beyond a refund period. I think the best way to get to the bottom of this would be to start investigating anything that might have changed recently.

The problem has been resolved.
When the server switching, temporarily SSL management screen was off.
If the SSL turned on, the order details have been displayed.
php error, without a problem in httpd error both, found a problem with SSL error.
