Product search

I can see whenever I use the product search tool it picks up words that I have used in the description. But I also tested using the same word to describe multiple products hoping it will pull them all it did not work it only pulled one of them.

It would be nice to have another row in the update product page where it allows you to put different keywords separated by a comma words which the product search tool can pull from. Possible words to be used by a customer looking for a product.

perhaps make a custom attribute to hold this stuff?

1. Create an attribute for products name "Search Keywords".
2. Make SURE it's selected as "include in keyword search" when making it.
3. Fill that attribute out for each product.

And then when including the product search the keywords field should
search that field. If not we can take a look at it (because it
should).

Perfect! Following your instruction I added a product attribute using text area, added some keywords one per row, enabled searchable by keyword and voila! The search brought it up.

Thank you!
