Are the form submissions stored ?

Hi !
I'd like to make a form on my website but the submissions should only be sent by e-mail and should not be visible by an admin user on the dashboard.
Is there a way with your add-on to just send the form submission by e-mail without storing them somewhere ?

It is easier to change the permissions for the single pages of the dashboard.

Change them so that the webmaster can't see the submissions.
