Multiple forms on same page = tooltips stop working

Hello, I noticed that when using multiple extended forms on one page, the info displayed when hovering over tooltips cease to work. For example, I try hovering over each one, and nothing pops up. Seems like the display of tooltips on hover only work when one form is placed on a page. Any more than that and the tooltip info won't display. How could I get tooltips to work for all forms when multiple forms are used?

This problem lies in the loading of the tooltip. When adding 2 blocks the javascript is loaded 2 times and that is causing the problem I guess..

Can you see any javascript error on the page?

Ok I see. No, no javascript error. But, luckily we decided to forgo using multiple extended forms on one page. Thanks for the update!
