Required field error message on form submit.

This is a great addon, but is there a way of making the required field error msg come up as is on the standard c5 form?

It is confusing to not have any prompt in place.

oh.. Yes that is exactly what I mean. For some reason it isn't working on my form. Does it need to be activated somehow or should it just work out of the box?
It seems that the new update of C5 (5.4.1) disables the showing of the errors...
Did you update your C5 installation?

Yes, It is a new site in development using 5.4.1.

I updated the Extended Form Addon.
The following changed:
- Added selection of the recipient
- Added possibility to change the sender
- Fixed error reporting
- Changed fileID to download link in mail, dashboard and export
