Send Copy & Reply-To problem

In Concrete 5.4.2.1,
the Reply-To email is the admin's email address, unless I tick Send-Copy in the email address field.
However, this is not working correctly either because when the
Send-Copy is ticked, it sends 2 emails to the Notify-me receiver, one from the Admin email address, another from the Sender's email address. The sender's email account does not receive a copy of the enquiry.
I realise this does not happen in Concrete 5.4.1.1, everything worked perfectly fine.
