adding pictures to select fields

I want to add a picture to each option in a select field or radio button field. Is this possible without coding?

No, this isn't possible without coding.

Can you give me an example of this? See if I can manage to add such a field.

yep, heb een heel beperkt budget maar het mag best iets kosten.
