Can we still purchase a working copy for Concrete 5.6?

Hi,
I know that add-on purchasing for Concrete5.6 is EOL but the fact is that there are clients still using this version. Is it still possible to purchase the last working version you created for 5.6?
The biggest feature I require is having the option to send out the forms notification email to the correct company department based on the feature below.
• Set recipient (custom or submitted value) feature.

The feature I mainly require from the form add-on is to allow the form submission to go to a particular shop department's email address. The form user would select the particular shop department whilst filling out the enquiry form and when submitted it needs to go to that department's email address.
