Emails only go to the first 2 emails listed

If I put 3 email addresses in the 'Send To' list (all separated by commas) then a notification email is sent to the first 2 addresses but not the 3rd address (or 4th, 5th... etc)

Sorry for the late reply....
It could be that the mail is blocked if one or more addresses are the same box. Like an alias. Some mailproviders will block this. If Gmail does is, is unknown to me.
Can you see the logs if the mailaddresses are really in the cc or not?
