Fieldsets in 2.0 no longer work

My forms from version 1.2 do not longer work, on submitting I get:
Fatal error: Call to a member function post() on a non-object in /website/packages/formidable/models/formidable/form.php on line 180
It seems connected to the fieldsets. The fieldsets appear as empty elements, which I can't delete.
Forms from version 1.2 without fieldsets work just fine.
If I would be able to delete the fieldset elements, the form might work again. Otherwise I would need to create all forms again from scratch.

I just deleted the "Fieldset (start)" and "Fieldset (end)" records manually in the database itself, and now the form works again.
