Form submits twice

If I put 2 forms on the same page and submit one form and then submit the other form, whichever form I submit last gets submitted twice.

That's weird! And the first one? That doesn't get submitted?
The first form submits fine and displays the 'Thanks for submitting...' message and then if I immediately fill out a second form on the same page (without refreshing the page) then the second form gets submitted twice.
