Making a multi choice survey and displaying results

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am considering buying this well reviewed addon.
I need to build a few surveys that work like this:
An anonymous one-entry-per-visit survey form is displayed showing multiple choices to choose from. i.e.
Question: what is your top 5 favorite animals?
A1 - Cat
A2 - Dog
A3 - Horse
etc. for about 15-20 different choices.

The person would select the ones they like and submit. After submission, the person would see the results of all the previous visitor's choices like this:

Results
A1 Cat - 2917 people (or 22% of respondents)
A2 Dog - 191876 people
and so on.

Can this tool/addon do this?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply...

This addon can grab the data for yo uput outputting it in the order you like is something the addon can't do for you. At least nog so easily.

You need to create some sort of page that extracts the data from the submissions and generates a report.

Sorry!

Best,

Corretje
