Not functioning with SMTP emailing setup

Permalink Browser Info Environment
My website uses SMTP for emails sent (instead of the standard PHP method) and when a form is submitted it goes through to the confirmation message, however nothing happens. No email is sent. No results found in the dashboard. Nothing in the error log. Nothing. However, the builtin form system functions just fine.

If I disable the SMTP function and use the builtin PHP emailing function, the formidable form works.

Not sure what it's doing or how to fix it? Not very impressed for a $40.00 add on... can't edit custom emails through the dashboard either. I go into the mySQL table and make my changes. I would appreciate a quick response with a solution.

UPDATE: Entries are now showing up in "Results" area. Still no emails being sent.
