The address wasn't understood

In layout and elements clicking on row or column, I get a "The address wasn't understood"error message. The URL reads "javascript:;". The only thing I did before that was to create a form (no fields yet)

Getting the same issue with Firefox 27.0.1.

This is a known issue in Safari.
It will be solved in the next update.
