Permalink Browser Info Environment
On several occasions I have received notification of payments, but there are no relating records in the forms with paypal results.

I have logged into my database and the records are there

Why could this be happening?

Maybe there is a problem with your email configuration on your concrete5 installation. Does the standard Form (that comes with c5) block send you emails if you test that?

There are no problems with the emails as I have received some today. The forms that are filled in to not appear in C5 forms with paypal results, yest I can see them in my .php.

Cant understand why some are there and the odd ones are not

Hmm... could you PM me a login to c5 on the site? I test it with my own paypal seller account to narrow down the problem.

I'm having the same problem - urgently need this resolved! I am not getting the results saved on the forms results despite getting payment notifications. Worked fine up until 19:30 UK time yesterday evening.

Sorry for late response.

Over the passed 2 weeks I have had about 200 submissions which all appear in the results from paypal, but only received about 75% of the notifications. Not to much of a problem to me but the people how had made the payment didnt receive an email confirmation for the forms, just form paypal. This has caused me a lot of stress of the last week, and these were entry form for a competition, and gave the competitor a list of their entry, which they needed to bring on the day as proof. I was getting email after email from people who had not received their and I was having to submit one manually.

Today I have received this email from Paypal, not sure if it is related

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Hi all, has anyone found a solution to this issue? I use this add on only once a year. last year it was working. this year however it is not. the user is able to order and make a payment, but i only get a receipt back from paypal letting me know that money was received...the information is not listed on the paypal receipt. I have 2 email addresses set on the form block for notifications and that is not working this year either. I am not sure if the purchaser received anything from the add-on yet. The other issue that I noticed (see attachments) is that no records are recorded. that could be because as I was moving pages, i may have deleted the block from the page, and in that case, it's fine. (i had moved the old pages to the trash, and when i tried to delete them from the form block side it gave me a warning that i was attempting to delete system page... so to avoid that i simply moved them up into a private admin location and called it "out of trash".... so i should be able to delete the pages now with out a problem.)
Where I am now, is that I have no idea "what" was purchased so I have to email each person and ask them. need some help asap... thanks a bunch!
