PayPal Validation error

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We are experiencing a critical issue with 'Forms With PayPal / Credit Card Payment'

On form submission we are getting a validation error from Paypal:
Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.

This seems to refer to 'PayPal Subscriptions' e.g. billing cycle, recurring payments, etc. However on our form payment recurrence is set to "Never (one time purchase)". Looks like the form is posting an incorrect code to PayPal.

You can see the form at: http://aftm.us/support-aftm

The add-on version is 2.0.5. Our Concrete 5 version is 5.6.0.2
