Suggestion for this form and query

It would be great if this form could handle multiple items ( for example a filed that allowed a client to specify I am buying five tickets for the event and that the payment would be calculated accordingly) I'm aware there is the slider and or check boxes but I find them cumbersome - I could set up check boxes for five ticket sales but what if six people want to go?
I wanted to set up two instance of the form on my page - option 1 was for people booking a bus ticket and a ticket to see a castle - and needed to restrict numbers for the bus size. Since people are also free to travel by car and just need the castle ticket I setup up option 2 - since I also want to restrict this number. I had a radio button to purchase a single ticket for either option and a slider to purchase up to six tickets. However when i added the slider on option 2, it did not work and the slider in option 1 changed values - going from €15 per ticket (the bus option) to €10 (ticket only option). After several attempts to edit the sliders I eventually switched option 2 to a selection of radio buttons - but then found the settings for the payment etc on the first option had reverted back to defaults.
Anyway got this working after a fashion but am coming to the conclusion that this form isn't flexible enough for what i want - but has gotten good use for the past while.
