Start from 1 digit instead of 3

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello

Why can't i start from 1 digit instead of 3? I have a client website with a low amount of traffic, and having 3 digits from the start looks silly.

Is it possible to start from 1 digit and how?

Best regards
