We haven't considered that becuase franz said in 2013 "It's our intention to build timed releases into basic permissions in 5.7." It hasn't actually been built at least for now but seems to be coming soon (https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/issues/3339). There seems to be one public package right now for 5.7.https://github.com/olsgreen/concrete-timed-release... does that meet your needs?
