Add Blog Post loosing Page Type after Save & Continue

When create a Blog post from the dashboard and click into Save & Continue button
Page Type select into the "Options" tab lost it's value (if any selected before) and show a warning from C5 as trying to initialize tghe select widget without provide an array of the page types
Without using the "Save & Continue" button seems to work properly
