Add custom text/image box to a blog post

Hey Chad.
Is it possible to add text boxes to a blog post so that when u make a blog post you can fill out 3 text areas and then they show up in the blog post aswell.
this is needed because my clients will post images of fashion clothes and sometimes they want to add small text field on the image explaining some small things to the clothes displayed on the image.
