HI Chad,

Is is possible to make the comments for the blog accessible for people who are not registered for the site?

Many thanks,

Stuart

yes. you can simply edit the pb_post page_type defaults and edit the block settings. but you will have to manually go edit any existing pages guestbook block to change theirs as page_type changes only take effect on new posts.

Easy to do, just register an account at disqus.com, enter the shortname into ProBlog settings and guests can post without any registration. Away from this, they can also login with Google, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo and some more accounts.

I can go into each page and enter the shortname in the Add Disqus Comments block, but how do I do it globally for all new pages? Do I have to do this each time? Thanks.

Hi
You have to do this by changing the Pagetype defaults (there is a Problog-PageType).
