Creating custom block view for Problog?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi.
I've had to make some changes to php files (disabled code here and there) to get the blogfunction and look I want. I've read 'Creating your custom block view' for Simple News and guess I should make this custom block for Problog to avoid any update issues... BUT how? So far I've copied just the entire Problog from Packages to a new folder in Blocks and this doesn't work.

Help! :)

You would copy /packages/problog/blocks/problog_list/templates/viewname/ over to your root /blocks/problog_list/templates/viewname/ (create the folders)
