defaults for comment block (options)

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi
Is there a way how to define defaults for the comment block? On each post side comment block is included. I don't want to have a captcha and comments should not have to be approved. I can change these options when a post has been published but this can't be the way to do it, right? So could someone help me finding the right place to change the default options values for a block (could be useful also in other blocks...). Thanks a lot!

after a day of reasearch for that question I finaly found the answer myself :). Its all done in page_types.

But my general question stays: is there a way you can save default option values for any block? (has nothing to do any more with problog...)

dashboard -> page_types -> defaults

edit the page, change block settings for that page_type.
