I'm guessing there's a way to switch the order of the yes and no in the back end code... but I'm not sure where to look (which file where).
I did this with the yes/no require user to log in selection for core commerce when adding new products.
ETA: It would be nice if it would save your choice from the last time. I hate having to remember to reset the Draft to YES every time I edit the post before it goes live. Or setting a "Go Live" date would be good too.
