Duplicate content after updating blog post

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When I update a post through the back end (admin area) and view the page afterwards I’m having two content blocks there, the old one before the update and the new one. Is this an error on my side or a bug in the system?

Thanks. Is there any physical file download? Because trying to do the automatic update gives me:
The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
No block found with the handle problog_list found.

I prefer manual upgrades via FTP anyway. I think the automatic crap is also causing the other error with the user attributes. And one has no control over this anymore.

Hmm, the add-on seemed to have updated properly now despite showing the error message.

Chad,

I just updated to C5 5.4.2 and updated to your most current ProBlog and am still seeing duplicates on previous posts. Should the update of ProBlog have gotten rid of the duplicates or is the update only to stop it from happening further?

Only moving forward. Should be able to just delete the extra one more
time and be fine after that.
