You have another addon that ineptly declares oAuth class sitewide in the onstart. (waste of resource and obviously can cause conflicts. Why would package X need to be loading oAuth on ProBlog's Settings page?)

You can track that down, or you can simply comment out line 246 of /packages/problog/single_pages/dashboard/problog/settings/view.php
