"From" and "The" not displaying in URL

This is odd, but I was on the ChadStrat Demo ProBlog site and I made a couple test posts, one was titled "From the Man" and the other was titled "From Hello Kitty".
I noticed that the word "From" and the word "the" do not display in the URL.
example ...
/blog/2014/08/hello-kitty
/blog/2014/08/man
Are there some words that just won't show up in the URL?
