Front end Add Post availability

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hey Chad,
Bought and have activated a couple a copies. While I'm logged in as admin, the "Add Post" button shows on the main Pro-blog page as expected. I have some guest authors that would be outstanding for (no need to access dashboard)but when I log in as them to test, the front end button does not appear.I need to have just one main blog page for all authors to share. Advanced Page permissions are set with those users checked off. Eyes are crossing now from chasing this :(
What am I missing?

Man.... Some days I'm just stoooopid!

Thanks for the heads up Chad. I'd set advanced permissions and added the user profile attribute in the dashboard, but then was clicking "save profile" for the users without first confirming the attribute.

Wasted way too much time on such a simple thing. Thanks for the quick response.

Is there anyway to apply this attribute to a group rather than having to do it on a user by user basis?
