How do I get the blog author to show up

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Can't get this to work the author of the blog post to show up. I have the author attribute checked. I've added the author's name, last name and a bio description into the user attribute. What am I missing.
The authors are administrators or members of a group.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

In case anyone is finding this, when you are adding the author's info in the Dashboard, be sure to click the little "edit" button beside each field (About, First Name, Last Name) as you finish filling them in. Do this BEFORE you click "Update User" or you will lose your changes.

This is in my opinion poor UID (on Concrete, not ProBlog).

See attachment.
