How to change the thumbnail image size

I can see pro blog has three block templates but I can't locate the best way to control and change the thumbnail image size. . .

Doh - As usual I was looking for a more difficult solution than nesc. - Just go to Pro Blog settings and sitting in there are the configurable Max Thumbnail width & Height settings.
