How to turn on comment moderation?

Does ProBlog have any kind of comment moderation? I just set up my first blog using this module and can't seem to find any option for it!

Captcha is required by default. if this is undesired, you will need to programatically adjust the controller and set it to '0' to not require that. although, I have no idea who would ever want to do that. lol
