IMHO - captcha should be optional !!!

Hmm,
I am developing Intranet site. I do not need captcha on pages. All blogers are internal staff, so captcha is completely unnecessary. Unfortunatley - it seems the only way to remove it is digging in PHP code of the module... ALAS !!!

just go to the pb_post page_type defaults and edit the block and change the settings.
