Individual blog page displays wrong page description

Hi Chad,
I am using ProBlog (oldest version) and OfficeSpace theme. In the theme, the page name and description show up in a page title bar. (See blue title bar attached.) This works perfectly for all the pages I've created. The home blog page is correct, but the individual pages are not. All individual blog pages display the same description field as the home blog page, even though the page name and description are unique. (examples attached) This doesn't seem to be an OfficeSpace theme problem, b/c all other pages work. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.
This may not seem like a big deal, but whenever they use social media, linkedin, etc. to post a link, the wrong info displays.
