This question maybe accomplished with the User Blog function but I haven't not tried that yet.

I have already made individual Pages on my site Blog Sections and have given permission to individuals to be blog editors but how can I make it to where an individual can only post to an single category within my blog? If I sign in under these individuals I can make a blog post but they can choose the user as well as category to post under and I dont want that the individual to be able to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
