Multiple blog on 1 site

Hello Chad. I need to build a website were every button/navigation is a blog.
Basicly my menu is like this:
Front page // News // Fashion // etc.
i want every button to have the pro blog function. How do i come arround this the best way? So that when i wat to add a post in the NEWS section that post wont show up in the FASHION section aswel.
Do i need to create a page type for every button and then select that page type when i create a new post? Cant seem to get it working, so a bit of guidence would be appreciated!
