go to the dashboard PB settings page and confirm/change your desired HTML element. (I like <hr /> because TinyMCE already has an hr button)

Then, in your content, add that element where you want your break.

Last, check your list block settings and make sure it is set to use content instead of description, and that page break is enabled.
