Pro Blog Reinstall

Had some issues (which were probably my fault) but I am trying to reinstall Pro Blog. I have
Server Side:
Deleted from Packages
Deleted the associated pages with Pro Blog (pb_sort, pb_post, etc.)
MySql side:
Deleted the ProBlog Tables (ones with Problog in the name)
Deleted it out of Packages
Now I get this error message when I try and install after I reupload it.
mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry 'problog_list' for key 'btHandle'] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO BlockTypes(btID,btHandle,btName,btDescription,btActiveWhenAdded,btCopyWhenPropagate,btIncludeAll,btIsInternal,btDisplayOrder,btInterfaceWidth,btInterfaceHeight,pkgID) VALUES (NULL,'problog_list','ProBlog List','List News Items based on type, area, or category.',1,0,0,0,29,'500','350','6')")
I have looked all around and cannot find these anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you may need to open up phpMyAdmin and drop tables that are giving you an error.
I have no clue why your uninstaller wouldn't just wipe those like it does everyone elses?
