Put thumbnail and post image above title

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I'm wondering if anyone knows how or if I might be able to place the post image and the thumbnail in the post preview above the title. Since the image is included in the main content area of the post, I'm wondering if this might require including a separate editable area above the HTML for the title, or whether there is a better way to achieve this. Here is the page I'm working on (http://concrete.lifestylerevolutionstx.com/index.php?cID=129) and here is what I'm attempting to make it look like (http://staging.lifestylerevolutionstx.com/index.html --scroll to bottom of page to see blog area). Many thanks for any input!
