Question about XMLRPC and remote publishing

Is it possible to remotely publish blog posts to ProBlog or we must use ProBlog's mobile app to do this? For example, Wordpress allows Windows Live Writer to publish posts to WP directly. Can we do something similar on ProBlog from other external sources and how?
